You'll have your own "ah-hah" experience of EFT working for you.
We'll go over how to specifically use EFT for:
addictions (including weight/food issues), discomfort,
improving performance, self-esteem issues,
stress, tramatic memories, grief, guilt,
what to do when it seems "not to be working";
...and whatever else comes up.

Advanced Applications of EFT
Participants will learn to use EFT to address more complicated personal issues by using the process of "Release-Rethink-Redo". You'll also learn to look for the 5 main "core issues" which block people, keeping them stuck in old patterns; and how to use EFT to move forward. This workshop is experiential - so bring ideas about what you'd like to change in YOUR life.
