The Power of EFT (EFT Level 1)
Workshop Cost: $150
Learn the basics of applying EFT to improve your life and to help others.
You'll have your own "ah-hah" experience of EFT working for you.
We'll go over how to specifically use EFT for:
. Emotional or physical discomfort
. Food cravings
. Improving work or sports performance
. Improving self-confidence
. Stress
. Traumatic memories, grief, guilt
. Additionally, we'll cover what to do when it seems "not to be working".
